ABOUT THE FORUM
What is the Palma Leadership Forum?
The Palma Leadership Forum is an event for business owners on Mallorca and from German-speaking Europe. It has been running since February 2024, four times so far; the fifth edition is on Thursday, 29 October 2026 at the Barceló Illetas Albatros in Palma. One afternoon, five thematic blocks, 60 to 70 participants. On stage are people who show what they have built in their own business. The organiser is TEAM JUNG INTELLIGENCE SL in Palma.
Who it is for
The forum is made for owner-led small and mid-sized companies. For people who decide themselves what gets introduced in their own business and who answer for it. Founders, managing directors and decision-makers from Mallorca and German-speaking Europe.
It is not made for the strategy departments of large corporations, and not for professional speakers. Whoever stands on stage either runs a company or audits companies for a living.
How an afternoon runs
Arrival from 13:45 with ticket scan, coffee and time to talk on the roof terrace. The programme starts at 14:30. Five thematic blocks follow, with two Coffee Breaks: the first on arrival on the roof terrace, the second in the exhibition area next to the conference room. The programme ends at 19:00. From 19:00 the Sundowner takes place on the sea terrace on the first floor, included in the VIP and Sundowner tickets, and lasts until 21:00.
All times are listed in the schedule on the home page.
Who is behind it
The organiser is TEAM JUNG INTELLIGENCE SL, Nuredduna 4, 6C, 07006 Palma de Mallorca. The host is Frank Semmig, who started the forum in 2024 and gives the first block himself on 29 October.
What the forum is not
It is not a trade fair, not a panel discussion, not a multi-day format and not a stage for political speeches. There are no parallel tracks to choose between, and no talks without a real business behind them.
