What data we process

  • Server logs when the site is accessed (IP address, time, resource requested)
  • Information you send us by email
  • Booking data when you buy a ticket, processed by Ticket Tailor
  • Invoicing data if you ask for an invoice to your company (company name, address, VAT number)

Ticket sales

Tickets are sold through Ticket Tailor. Once you move to the booking process, their privacy terms apply. We receive the information required to run the event.

On the Tickets page we embed the ticket shop of our service provider Ticket Tailor directly. When you open that page, a connection to Ticket Tailor is established and your IP address is transmitted to the provider. The ticket shop sets cookies that are necessary for the basket and the session. We do this on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, because buying a ticket is the purpose of that page and the embedding is necessary in order to enter into and perform the participation contract. The ticket shop is not loaded on any other page of this website. The provider is Zimma Ltd, Mare Street Studios, 203 bis 213 Mare Street, London E8 3LY, Vereinigtes Königreich.

Invoicing

For invoices made out to your company we use the accounting software Holded. The invoice is generated automatically after purchase, shows the Spanish IVA separately, carries the Verifactu QR code required under Spanish law and is sent to you by email. Your name, your company details and your email address are transmitted to the provider for this purpose. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(c) GDPR, namely our obligation under tax and commercial law to issue invoices. The provider is Holded Technologies, S.L., Carrer de Pallars 108, 08018 Barcelona, Spain. A data processing agreement under Article 28 GDPR is in place. We retain invoices for six years, as required by Spanish commercial law.

Cookies and consent

We set technically necessary cookies without consent. Everything else, in particular third-party services, is loaded only after your express consent. One exception is the ticket shop on the Tickets page, see the section on ticket sales. You can change your decision at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. The competent supervisory authority in Spain is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.

Retention

We store personal data only for as long as is necessary for the respective purpose or required by statutory retention periods.
