Isabel Kaus
HOST, PORT D'ANDRATX
Isabel Kaus hosts the 5th Palma Leadership Forum. Her path to the stage was not a straight one: industrial engineering, leadership roles in the automotive and packaging industries, responsibility for certification. She does not just understand what is being discussed that afternoon, she has done it herself, from the process question through to the audit mark. She asks again when something stays unclear, and lets lightness in where others deliver lectures. From her base in Port d'Andratx she hosts and speaks across Europe, in German and in English. From NLP, communication training and coaching she brings what carries a stage: presence, clarity and the ability to open a room rather than fill it.
Frank Semmig
ORGANISER, PALMA LEADERSHIP FORUM
Frank Semmig has advised mid-sized companies for more than 30 years, based in Palma de Mallorca since 2014, today as founder and CEO of TEAM JUNG INTELLIGENCE. After a commercial apprenticeship, part-time studies and officer training with the German armed forces, he graduated as a business economist and earned an MBA from London Business School. As COO Retail Operations at Blume 2000 he oversaw scaling from 20 to 183 locations and helped develop the franchise concept. He founded the business start-up and development working group within the German Association of Management Consultants, spent eight years in London working with Sainsbury's and institutional real estate investors, and is the brand owner of the Palma Leadership Forum.
Christian Paredes
CEO NETGEN SWITZERLAND AG
Christian Paredes brings together entrepreneurship, technology and artificial intelligence. He is founder and managing director of Netgen Switzerland AG, a digital agency with teams in Switzerland and Croatia that supports companies in the DACH region with complex platform, commerce and content projects. With Avidia he takes this experience decisively into the AI era: at Avidia, AI is not an add-on but part of strategy, concept development, engineering and operations. At eucerta, a digital certification body for ISO management systems, he is responsible for the platform and the AI-supported processes that make certification faster, more traceable and more sustainable. As co-founder of MaxBrain he has also helped shape digital continuing education in Switzerland. Christian works in German, English, Spanish and French and takes a pragmatic approach: using data and AI where they create real value. He also puts this expertise at the service of charitable foundations, supporting them with digital solutions.
Selina Stachowitz

Selina Stachowitz is a lawyer and owner of Kanzlei Stacho, specialising in intellectual property, in particular social media, trade mark and design law. Having studied at Saarland University and worked for boutique firms in Munich, Düsseldorf and Frankfurt, she brings wide-ranging practical experience from both private practice and in-house legal departments, and advises companies comprehensively on IP management and legal matters. She supported international projects in particular at the German American Chamber of Commerce (New York) and in the legal department of the Walt Disney Company. Alongside her work as a lawyer, she supports projects and training in IT and data protection law. Awarded the ASKO Europa Foundation Prize for international research in sales law, she has also been active academically in international commercial law.
Helena Hemberger

Helena Hemberger leads digital projects at TEAM JUNG INTELLIGENCE from the first sketch through to sign-off, coordinating outside specialists and keeping the team and client aligned. At eucerta she is bringing the certification body to Spain and is the local point of contact. Her background bridges the humanities and business: a Magistra Artium from the University of Bonn in Ibero-Romance philology, art history and political science, alongside computer science, economics and web development. Drawing on years in management, marketing, CRM and controlling, she advises companies on business development and change management.
Thomas Werner

Thomas Werner has supported companies for more than 30 years as an auditor, consultant, coach and lecturer in quality and certification management. With QUCONS he advises on building effective management systems, focused on ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO 45001, process management and compliance. At eucerta he is developing certification further, with modern audits, blockchain-backed certificates and ongoing conformity assessment. He is co-chair of the eucerta AG board in Switzerland. Since the EU AI Act he has been working on AI compliance, governance and the auditing of AI-supported processes. Since 2013 he has spoken across the German-speaking world about how formal compliance alone does not make a company better.

Gilles Praet is co-founder and managing director of Visiblie, a Belgian AI company that helps brands become more visible in AI-generated answers, for instance in ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews. Visiblie builds its own tools that let marketing leads and agencies measurably steer how brands appear in AI search. Before founding Visiblie he worked in consulting, fintech and enterprise sales, with stations in Europe, Asia-Pacific and the Middle East.
Daniel Anwander

Daniel Anwander has been a certified tax advisor since 2006. Since 2018 he has been a recognised specialist advisor for international tax law. He advises entrepreneurs, families and private individuals. His focus is on cross-border tax structuring, on emigration and immigration, and on international wealth and shareholding structures. The TQ Intelligent Tax Design group he built has been part of the LKC group since June 2026. He was born in Kirchheim unter Teck. He has lived in Spain since 2017, on Mallorca since 2020. He advises in German, Spanish and English.
Sara Castellón Jurado

Sara Castellón Jurado runs Client Engagement and Sales Operations at TEAM JUNG INTELLIGENCE, and client advisory and onboarding at Eucerta AG. She manages the outbound call processes, looks after the CRM and translates strategic concepts into day-to-day client support. Onboarding at mySofia AI also sits with her. Before this she spent more than 15 years organising the international scheduling of field assembly teams in specialised machinery. She holds a diploma as an office manager from the Euro Akademie Bielefeld.
