When and where does the 5th Palma Leadership Forum take place?
The 5th Palma Leadership Forum takes place on Thursday, 29 October 2026, from 13:45 to 19:00. The venue is the Barceló Illetas Albatros, Paseo de Illetas 15, 07181 Palma de Mallorca. The Sundowner on the sea terrace on the first floor follows from 19:00 to 21:00.
What does it cost to attend?
The Conference Ticket costs 89 Euro, the VIP ticket 169 Euro. The Sundowner ticket for the evening part alone costs 89 Euro. All prices including 21 % Spanish VAT (IVA). Booking is handled by Ticket Tailor.
What is included in the VIP ticket?
The VIP ticket includes everything in the Conference Ticket plus Sundowner Networking on the sea terrace from 19:00: two hours of tapas finger food buffet (served) & open bar. Plus a conversation with a speaker of your choice.
How do I arrange my conversation with a speaker?
On the day of the event a list is available during the afternoon where you enter your preferred speaker. The conversations take place in the evening on the terrace, fifteen minutes each. Every VIP guest gets one slot; allocation is in the order of entries.
In which language is the forum held?
The talks are given in German, with one block in English. Everything is translated live into English and Spanish. You listen through your own smartphone: scan a QR code, choose your language, done. Bring headphones. If you have none with you, you can read the translation as subtitles on your own screen.
Who is speaking?
The speakers are Frank Semmig (organiser, TEAM JUNG INTELLIGENCE, Palma), Selina Stachowitz (lawyer), Helena Hemberger (Co-CEO eucerta Certification SL), Thomas Werner (auditor, Co-CEO eucerta AG), Margarita Loktionova (travelling from Barcelona), Gilles Praet (Co-Founder and CEO Visiblie.com), Daniel Anwander (LKC International, tax advisor) and Isabel Kaus (Port d'Andratx), who hosts the afternoon. Will there be the live certification from the audience again?
No. At the fourth forum an ISO 9001 certification was started on stage for a randomly selected participant. This time it works differently: the certification of a digital product is shown on a running example, from beginning to end instead of just the first step.
What is the dress code?
Smart casual, Mediterranean business style. A jacket is welcome, nobody needs a tie. Part of the afternoon takes place on the roof terrace and by the water, so think of suitable footwear.
Is food provided?
Two Coffee Breaks are included in the ticket: in the first break coffee with croissants and pastries, in the second coffee with snacks and FitLine bars. At the Sundowner on the sea terrace from 19:00 to 21:00, VIP and Sundowner guests get a generous tapas menu with six different tapas and three desserts, vegetarian options included, and drinks included with wine, beer, soft drinks and coffee. If you have other dietary requirements, such as vegan or gluten-free, or an allergy, please let us know by email to info@palmaleadershipforum.com no later than Monday, 26 October 2026, and we will arrange it with the kitchen.
What happens if the weather is bad?
The conference part takes place indoors, arrival and the breaks on the roof terrace. The Sundowner in the evening is on the sea terrace on the first floor, which is covered in case of rain. That evening the area is reserved exclusively for the guests of the forum. The programme takes place in any case.
Where can I park?
There are paid parking spaces near the Barceló Illetas Albatros, unattended and subject to availability. We recommend arriving by taxi, because parking in Illetas is limited. We send the exact addresses and directions by newsletter shortly before the date.
Can I get an exhibitor space?
Three exhibitor spaces are planned, a space costs 500 euros. Included are your own exhibition area for all breaks, your logo on this website, a mention in the newsletter before the forum and one event ticket. Enquiries to info@palmaleadershipforum.com.
How do I cancel my ticket?
Tickets are sold through Ticket Tailor; the cancellation terms stated there and our terms and conditions apply. Transferring a ticket to another person is possible. Write to us at info@palmaleadershipforum.com.
