Terms of participation

1. Organiser and scope

The organiser of the 5th Palma Leadership Forum on Thursday, 29 October 2026 at Barceló Illetas Albatros, Paseo de Illetas 15, 07181 Palma de Mallorca, is TEAM JUNG INTELLIGENCE, S.L., Calle Nuredduna 4, 6º Pta. C, 07006 Palma de Mallorca, España, NIF B93761047, represented by Frank Semmig, Administrador único, info@palmaleadershipforum.com.

These terms apply to the purchase of tickets and to participation in the event. By buying a ticket you accept them. Differing terms of the participant apply only if we agree to them in writing.

The hotel provides the rooms. It is not the organiser and not your contractual partner.

2. Closed event, admission by the organiser

The Palma Leadership Forum is a closed event by invitation. The number of participants is limited and the group of participants is assembled by the organiser. It follows that:

1. Buying a ticket is initially a registration. The participation contract comes into existence only with our confirmation, as a rule within three working days by e-mail.
2. We may decline a registration without giving reasons. In that case we refund the full ticket price within 14 days by the same means by which the payment was received. No further claims arise.
3. Admission is granted on presentation of the ticket and is personal. We reserve the right to verify identity.

3. Tickets, prices and payment

Tickets are sold through Ticket Tailor, tickets.palmaleadershipforum.com.

All prices include 21 per cent Spanish IVA. The price shown is the amount that will be charged. There are no booking fees and no further costs.

The invoice is issued to the details given when ordering. If you need an invoice made out to a company, please state the company name, address and tax number when ordering. Once an invoice has been issued, the invoicing details can be changed only to a limited extent.

4. The Sundowner and the conversation with a speaker

The Sundowner starts at 19:00 on the sea terrace on the first floor and lasts two hours. That evening the area is reserved exclusively for the guests of the forum and is covered in bad weather. It includes a tapas menu in several courses with desserts as well as drinks, among them wine, beer, soft drinks, water, coffee, cava and Aperol Spritz.

The VIP ticket additionally includes a one-to-one conversation with a speaker of your choice, lasting fifteen minutes. Appointments are allocated on the day of the event from a list. Every speaker has a limited number of slots. If the speaker you want is fully booked or no appointment becomes free during the evening, the conversation takes place online in the days after the forum. There is no entitlement to a particular person or a particular time.

Dinner afterwards is not part of any ticket.

If you have already bought a regular ticket, you can upgrade to a VIP ticket until 24 October 2026 by paying 80 euros. Please write to info@palmaleadershipforum.com quoting your order number.

5. Withdrawal, refunds and transfer

Voluntary right of withdrawal for consumers. If you buy the ticket as a private individual and not for your company, you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the booking confirmation without giving reasons, at the latest until 15 October 2026. For purchases made on or after 16 October 2026 this voluntary right of withdrawal does not apply. An informal e-mail to info@palmaleadershipforum.com is sufficient. We refund the full ticket price within 14 days by the same means by which the payment was received.

After this period has expired, and towards companies, the following applies: tickets are not taken back and not refunded. We plan a boutique format with a fixed number of participants. Rooms, catering and technology are ordered bindingly well in advance, and a place that is not taken up cannot be filled at short notice.

Instead of a refund the following applies: if you are unable to attend, your ticket retains its value and is valid for the next Palma Leadership Forum. All you have to do is tell us before the event. In that case:

• The entitlement relates to the next forum, not beyond it.
• The amount paid is credited. If the ticket for the next forum is more expensive, you pay the difference. If it is cheaper, the difference is not refunded.
• If no further Palma Leadership Forum takes place within 24 months, we refund the ticket price paid.

You may also transfer your ticket to another person. To do so, send us the name and e-mail address of the replacement up to 48 hours before the event begins. As this is a closed event, section 2 applies: we confirm the replacement.

6. Cancellation, postponement and programme changes

Programme, speakers, order and times may change. Replacing individual speakers or changing the running order does not give rise to a right to a refund as long as the character of the event is preserved.

If we have to cancel the event, we refund the full ticket price. Further claims, in particular for travel and accommodation costs, do not arise unless we have acted intentionally or with gross negligence.

If we have to postpone the event, your ticket is valid on the new date. If you cannot attend on that date, section 5 applies.

In cases of force majeure, official orders, failure of the venue or strike action, we are entitled to cancel or postpone the event.

7. House rules and right of admission

The house rules of the hotel apply at the venue. During the event the organiser exercises the right of admission. We may refuse admission to persons or remove them from the event if they disrupt proceedings or harass other participants. No claim to a refund arises as a result.

The event takes place in an adults-only hotel. Admission is restricted to persons aged 18 and over.

8. Photo and video recordings

Photographs and video recordings are made during the event and used for reporting and for announcing future forums, in particular on this website and on LinkedIn.

By taking part you agree that recordings in which you appear as part of the audience may be published in this context.

Individual portraits and recordings in which you are the main subject are published only with your separate consent.

You may object to this use at any time, on site with the photographer or afterwards at info@palmaleadershipforum.com. We will then remove the recordings concerned from our channels. Material already printed cannot be recalled.

Your own recordings of the presentations are permitted for private use. Publication, including on social networks, requires the consent of the speaker.

9. Presentation content and copyright

The content of the presentations is protected by copyright and remains with the speakers. Documents we make available to you are intended for your own use.

The presentations do not replace legal, tax or business advice in an individual case.

They convey general information. For decisions in your company please consult an adviser you trust.

10. Live translation

Presentations are translated live. The translation is a service. The spoken word in the original language always prevails. We are liable for translation errors only in cases of intent or gross negligence.

11. Liability

We are liable without limitation in cases of intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. In cases of slight negligence we are liable only for breach of an essential contractual obligation and limited to the foreseeable damage typical of this type of contract.

We accept no liability for the cloakroom or for items brought along. Participation is at your own risk.

12. Data protection

How we process your data is set out in the privacy policy. We process your registration data in order to perform the participation contract. Your name appears on the participant list at the entrance and on your name badge.

13. Applicable law, place of jurisdiction and authoritative version

Spanish law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Palma de Mallorca as far as legally permissible. Towards consumers, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of their country of residence remain unaffected.

14. Severability clause

Should any provision of these terms of participation be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
